My approach combines evidence-informed coaching with the expertise of a licensed mental health clinician. Drawing on over 15 years of experience in counseling, rehabilitation, higher education, and burnout research, I help individuals better understand the factors contributing to burnout and develop practical, sustainable strategies for lasting well-being.
